Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of KollabHub's website and services. Operator: KollabHub is used as a trading/product name. The owner has not yet provided a separate registered legal-entity name for publication. By creating an account, buying from a creator, subscribing to a creator page or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

KollabHub gives creators tools to publish a storefront, sell digital products, accept paid one-to-one session bookings, collect email subscribers and view basic analytics. Customers can buy digital products and book sessions from independent creators. KollabHub is a platform provider and marketplace facilitator; creators remain responsible for their own products, sessions, descriptions and customer commitments.

• You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract to create a creator account.
• You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and must tell us promptly about unauthorised use.
• You may not create accounts to evade suspension, abuse limits or these Terms.

• You are responsible for your products, prices, uploaded files, licences, availability, sessions and customer promises.
• You must own or have the rights needed for everything you upload, sell or display.
• You must deliver what you sell, honour confirmed sessions and provide meeting details in good time.
• You must comply with applicable consumer, tax, data-protection, marketing and sector-specific laws.
• You are responsible for your own taxes and for lawful use of customer and subscriber data you receive.

• Provide a correct name and email address at checkout.
• Use digital products only as allowed by the creator's licence and applicable law.
• Attend booked sessions at the selected time. Times are displayed in the viewer's timezone.
• Contact support promptly if a product, booking confirmation or meeting link is missing.

You may not use the service to:

• break the law, mislead customers or infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights;
• sell or promote illegal, fraudulent, harmful, hateful, exploitative or malware-related content;
• offer regulated services without required licences or approvals;
• bypass payment, delivery, authentication, security or access controls;
• scrape, spam, overload or probe the service or another user's account.

We may remove content or restrict accounts where we reasonably believe this section is breached.

Digital products are delivered by email after payment is verified. Delivery uses a time-limited private download link. See the Delivery and Fulfilment Policy for current delivery details.

Bookings are confirmed after payment for the selected slot is verified. The creator adds the meeting link later from their dashboard, and the customer is emailed when it is added. A slot may be held briefly during checkout and released if payment is not completed.

Payments are processed by Razorpay in Indian rupees (INR). By paying, customers also use Razorpay's checkout and payment services. KollabHub does not currently take a platform fee on your sales. Razorpay payment-processing fees may apply as disclosed on the Pricing page.

The current codebase does not implement subscription billing, escrow, split settlements or automatic platform commission deductions. Creator payout arrangements are handled only as separately agreed and supported by the relevant payment setup.

Refund rules are explained in the Refund Policy. Creator cancellations and post-payment slot conflicts are designed to trigger full Razorpay refunds. Customer self-service cancellation and rescheduling are not currently available. For disputes about product quality or session delivery, contact the creator and support@kollabhub.store.

KollabHub's software, design, branding and content belong to us or our licensors. You may use them only as needed to use the service.

Creators keep ownership of their uploaded content. By uploading content, creators grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, store, display, process and deliver that content only as needed to operate, secure, support and promote the service. Customers receive only the licence granted by the creator, not ownership of the creator's content.

The service relies on third-party providers including Supabase, Vercel, Razorpay, Resend and Google sign-in. Their availability, rules and failures may affect the service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts, remove content or refuse transactions if we reasonably believe there is a breach of these Terms, legal risk, fraud, payment abuse, security risk or harm to users or the service. Creators may stop using the service and ask for account deletion, subject to records we must retain.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we do not promise uninterrupted operation, particular sales results, or that creator products or sessions will meet every customer's expectations. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, or mandatory consumer rights.

Governing-law and court details have not yet been provided by the owner. Until published, mandatory consumer rights and applicable local laws continue to apply where they cannot be excluded by contract.

We may update these Terms by changing the last-updated date. For material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify creators.
