KollabHub is a creator-commerce platform. Each creator gets one public page where they can sell digital products, accept paid 1:1 session bookings and collect email subscribers — all managed from a single dashboard.

Independent creators, educators, coaches, freelancers and small studios who want to sell directly to their audience without stitching together several separate tools.

Digital downloads (PDF, ZIP, video, audio, ePub and image files up to 500 MB each) and paid 1:1 sessions. Physical goods, subscriptions and memberships are not supported.

Yes. You can add a cover image and profile photo, write a bio, choose light or dark mode, set an accent colour, and add social and custom links.

The creator uploads a file and sets a price. After a customer pays, the payment is verified on our servers and they are emailed a secure download link. Files are stored privately and are never publicly accessible.

By email, to the address entered at checkout. The download link is time-limited (24 hours). If it expires, the customer can contact support for help.

We verify the payment with our payment provider before anything is delivered. For digital products the download link is emailed; for sessions the booking is confirmed and both the customer and the creator get an email.

Creators publish time slots for a session. Customers pick an open slot — shown in their own timezone — and pay. The slot is held for a short time during payment so two people can’t book it. The creator then shares a meeting link, which the customer receives by email and can find on the booking page.

KollabHub does not currently take a platform fee on your sales. Payment-processing fees charged by Razorpay may apply to each transaction. See the pricing page for the current details.

Anyone can visit a creator’s page and creators and customers can be in different countries; session times are shown in each viewer’s timezone. Today, prices and payments are in Indian rupees (INR) through Razorpay, and the international cards and payment methods you can accept depend on your Razorpay account. Support for more currencies is not available yet.

Digital products are generally non-refundable once access has been provided, with exceptions such as duplicate charges, payment errors, delivery failures and unauthorised transactions. If a creator cancels a booked session, the customer is refunded in full. Read the full Refund Policy for details.

No. Customers check out with just a name and email. They can look up a booking with their email and booking reference.

Only you, as the creator who owns them. Other creators cannot see your orders, bookings or subscriber list.
