This document is a working draft that has not yet been reviewed by a qualified lawyer. Operator details that have not been supplied are identified in plain text instead of being guessed.

1. Who we are and how this policy works

KollabHub provides a platform that lets creators publish storefronts, sell digital products, accept paid one-to-one bookings and collect email subscribers. Operator: KollabHub is used as a trading/product name. The owner has not yet provided a separate registered legal-entity name for publication.

This policy separates information we process for the platform from information creators receive about their own customers and subscribers.

  • Platform processing: we decide how we process creator account data, public-site visitor data, payment records, support messages, security logs and data needed to run the service.
  • Creator-controlled processing: creators receive customer, booking and subscriber details related to their own page. Creators are independent sellers and are responsible for using that information lawfully. We still process this data where needed to provide, secure and support the platform.

2. Information we collect

  • Creator accounts: email address, authentication data handled by Supabase, optional Google profile information, profile details, product listings, uploaded files, availability slots and dashboard settings.
  • Customers: name, email address, selected product or booking, price, currency, order status, booking reference and payment identifiers returned by Razorpay. Card, UPI and bank details are entered with Razorpay and are not stored by us.
  • Subscribers: email address, optional name, creator page subscribed to and subscription date.
  • Usage and analytics: page views, product views, link clicks, purchases and referrer where available. The in-app analytics endpoint does not store IP addresses.
  • Security and support: IP addresses and request metadata may be processed temporarily for hosting, rate limiting, fraud prevention, troubleshooting and contact-form support.

3. How we use information

  • To create creator accounts and public storefronts.
  • To process checkouts, verify Razorpay payments, issue refunds and keep order records.
  • To deliver digital-product links and booking confirmations by email.
  • To let creators manage bookings, add meeting links and export subscribers.
  • To provide basic creator analytics without third-party analytics cookies.
  • To secure the service, limit abuse, troubleshoot errors and respond to support requests.
  • To comply with legal, tax, accounting, consumer-protection and payment obligations.

4. Service providers and sharing

We use service providers that process information so the platform can work:

  • Supabase for authentication, database and private file storage.
  • Vercel for website hosting and delivery.
  • Razorpay for payment processing, payment verification and refunds.
  • Resend for transactional emails.
  • Google for optional Google sign-in.

We share customer, order, booking and subscriber details with the creator connected to that transaction or subscription. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information if required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect users and the service.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

We use necessary cookies and similar technologies for authentication, sign-in security and payment checkout. Creator-page analytics are first-party event counts and do not use cookies. See the Cookie Policy.

6. Storage and security

We use HTTPS, Supabase access controls, server-side payment verification, private product storage and time-limited signed download links. No internet service is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security or instant deletion from every backup.

7. Retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain records, resolve disputes, prevent abuse and meet legal, tax, accounting and payment obligations. If an account is deleted, we delete or anonymise personal information where practical, except where records must be kept or cannot immediately be removed from backups.

8. Rights, requests and complaints

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or export personal information, object to or restrict processing, withdraw consent, or complain to a regulator. Laws that may apply include India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and, for people in the EEA or UK, the GDPR or UK GDPR.

  • Creators can edit profile details in the dashboard and export subscribers.
  • Customers and subscribers can contact the relevant creator or ask us to help route a request.
  • Privacy, grievance or complaint requests can be sent to support@kollabhub.store.

9. International transfers

Our providers may process or store information in countries other than yours, including outside India. Where legally required, we rely on provider safeguards and applicable legal mechanisms for those transfers.

10. Children

KollabHub is not intended for children under 18. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. We will update the last-updated date and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify creators.

12. Contact

Contact, privacy and grievance requests can be sent to support@kollabhub.store. Public operator address: not yet provided by the owner.
